Took minutes of the meetings, arranged time schedule for Director, travel arrangements (ticket, hotel booking, visa support, transporatation and etc.), translated correspondence/documents/contracts and etc., interpreted during business meetings, did other administrative assignments.

Coordinated and trained the 16 office staff; made Monthly/Weekly Reports and performance analysis; instructed the FM personnel; assisted the FM Manager with running the department with 184 staff: dealt with all personnel issues (recruiting, interviewing, hiring, promoting, building team, giving reprimands and etc.); negotiated with clients, contractors, subcontractors & other departments; followed up that the clients’ maintenance requests are completed by the set dead-lines; reported to the senior management and “Tengizchevroil” and “PFD” companies on a weekly/monthly basis (ESS is their General contractor).
